You can apparently cheat that test by like 2-4 pounds if you drink a lotta water and hold in your urine while sitting in the sauna. It's a wrestling trick from hydration-tested tournaments (they have those in wrestling), and like I said it only works for 2-4 pounds. I've known for a while you can cheat ONE's test a little bit, it was cool learning how.
