You really need to define what you mean by intelligence before you ask as there’s a lot of definitions for it.

To some, acting out emotionally instead of being able to think clearly (Cody) makes one unintelligent.

I don’t use that same definition necessarily so think Cody could be intelligent but also overly emotional.
