Thanks for the reminder that no one needed to know.

Dumb career move, but he has huge balls.

Took on three awful matchups for him in a row, and two of those were with short training camps.

A lot of guys work really hard until they get the gold.

Now Colby wants to be „fully prepared“ when fighting Woodley.

Weird you didn't mention that he also stepped in short notice to fight Usman after the Colby fight.
Absolute monster Demian is. True Marial Artist.

Because he doesn't want to give Tyron and unnecessary advantage going into the fight.

Why should he fight Woodley on his terms?

He said he was looking at November/December - more November time to headline at MSG - and Till is now saying he was offered the fight with Woodley.

Will have to wait and see what happens - maybe the UFC don't have faith in putting that as the headliner, or after the Yair debacle, the Baldfather said no more turning down fights.

I do agree that he got rushed into that by the UFC. But he looked equally horrible against Covington and did those telegraphed seemingly unathletic takedowns again... so idk if it would have gone different lol. I don't get maia sometimes. His takedowns looked good against Rory. Then he can look like a drunken bar room brawler going for takedowns.

Maia's last THREE fights have been short notice, and against pretty much the same type of opponent. Not the smartest decision business wise, but Maia is a fucking warrior. Hespect.

Hughes fought BJ and GSP within 2 months of each other. You'll never see a champion fight the top 2 contenders in such a short time again.

Woodley is the actual champion. He should call the shots between them. That being said, strip both of them and call it good.
