This is basically striking match but in octagon with 40z glove.but elbow and kicks do allow so who would you bet on?

TJ because of kicks, smaller gloves, deeper clinch game.
Cruz might not do that good because he uses a lot of feints for the TD.

Loma uses his short close together shoulders and tight arms to deliver upclose combat to relatively easily outstrike someone by being better constructed for it, but in mma he would meet his match in elbows, Muay Thai clinch, even guillotine.

tj has some of the best kicks in mma i woukd bet on him

I would rather see Lomachenko fight Mikey Garcia or just stick to boxing period. There's so many big fights for him there.

TJ and Cruz by leg kicks. knees and elbows in the clinch would play a part also. and as for the no takedown rule Lomachenko actually did a bit of wrestling along with a lot of other shit which makes his Boxing that much more impressing.

Some delusional mma fans. Hands are a huge asset in any kind of fight. knowing other strikes won't do you much good when a guy is 10x better in 1 department. Its why the ground is so horrible for them too. Its a double edged sword being a specialist.

Cruz or TJ would win easily. People are mentioning kicks, but the real problem for Loma would be the clinch game. Both Cruz and TJ would simply press Loma against the cage and brutalize him with knees, elbows, and dirty boxing.
