the man intentionally kept mma from being sanctioned, bought it for a cheap price of 2 million dollars, and flipped it for 4 billion.

@dimspace answers this about weekly. somewhere in his post history you can find where he lists a dozen or so suspensions that took over 200 days, and a few over 300 days.

the more the fighter protests, isn't cooperative, lawyers up, etc, the longer it takes. JJ is doing all those things. hence, it's taking longer than usual.

so the answer is a) we don't know and b) that doesn't necessarily mean something nefarious or disreputable is underfoot.

EDIT: one last thing. this is not a court of law. so all those Grisham books you read and Law & Order shows you watched during college that make you a great internet forum lawyer do not apply here, even more than usual.
