Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Fabricio Werdum ??
Strangely enough, the first 10 minutes were contested mostly on the feet, with Big Nog knocking Werdum down twice. The amount of respect each man showed for the ground game of the other was ridiculous at first, then the second and third rounds were contested mostly on the ground, with each showing their raw physical talent and brilliant technical skills. Despite the way the fight was contested, can Sherdog name a HW fight involving 2 more skilled Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioners than this?

Underrated fight.

Definitely. I enjoyed that basically half the fight was contested on the feet (where Nog clearly was the better fighter) and half on the ground. The ground game was basically a draw, as each man had top control at different times, but we knew they were virtually equal on the ground. Big Nog owned Vai Cavalo on the feet, which was the difference in the fight, but this was a true MMA fight, with each fighter showing off their complete skill set.

The BJJ just about cancelled out perfectly.

Nog definitely had the better hands, though and they paid awesome respects after the fight.
