The fact that Khabib never beat him means khalabeeb is paper champ right?

It is fucked up, I agree with you, TS. Conor stays 2 years doing nothing as champ. Tony beats the fuck out of everyone in the company, gets the interim belt and a few months later after a freak accident they strip him of his belt? How fucked up is that shit?

Conor wouldn't defend and Khabib X Tony won't fight each other

Hasn't been a real champion since Conor beat Eddie and there won't be one until 2 of the top 3 fight each other.
 
Fuck it, if a champion can’t show up to the date he signed up to fight the guy who shows up should get the title. I’m not even a Khabib fan.

He's the only one who BEAT a champion to get the belt.

Conor > Tony > Khabib.
In terms of legitimate champion.
 
Khabib has to beat one of them to legitimise his belt he knows this, but still he fought who they put in front of him for the vacant belt can't hate on that.

Do you think maybe if Toney didn't fall on his face that maybe we wouldn't be having this conversation? Maybe the company needs to just move forward when the unexpected happens? How about maybe this fight happens as soon as possible making this thread pointless?
 
Tony Ferguson is the true lightweight champion. No question.
