Most of us probably remember him from getting head kick KO by Rashad

This was actually the high point of his career

Compared to looking at how he ended his career

So many losses by finishes

Looks like he took more damage than Chuck, Diego, Gaethje, etc

if you put salt, pepper and a tiny layer of mayo over a piece of salmon(cook whole cut after cooking) and place it in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes you have an easy meal that goes well with rice, potatoes, brussell sprouts, broccoli or any other vegetable and starch you want really. plus it is almost no work.

also use parchment paper instead of oil and/or foil on the baking pan.

Legend has it, he's somewhere still K.O.'d on the same gurney.

Hence the long string of losses on his record.

He was KO / TKO 10X in his career, can't imagine everything is peaches and cream.

Has any UFC fighter ever ended his career with 12 consecutive loses....this most be a record? I hope the guy is doing alright.

Last I heard he got suspended for throwing a fight or something.

Besides the Rashad KO, which was all kinds of brutal, he took another brutal one against Jorge Santiago and had a seizure in the octagon.

Saw him at a deli looking all pink and healthy.
