WME didnt get conned. UL knows nothing.

WME conned Toner

Seems like everyone won but MMA fans. It's been a rough transition.

The details of this deal seem good for fans though. More free or inexpensive cards, fewer PPVs, etc.

crazy to think thats like 1 conor fight. man is truly impressive.

it appears the WME deal is proving to be a win/win situation for both WME and the Fertittas. WME got more original content production to go along with all the eSports and other acquisitions and the Fertittas exited their long term investment in the UFC for a profit of over $4 billion in cash.

Not all situations are zero-sum. in fact most are not. for someone to "win" that does not mean someone else needs to "lose" in an economy as large and diverse as the world economy.

the public obsession with "winning" and "losing" these days is absurd. the world is a vastly complicated place not a football pitch between two sides.

in this deal, everyone is making money it seems.

Fertittas probably were ready to be done with the UFC. They already made very much money and probably want to move on.

Wme probably can take the ufc and make much more.
