His striking looked really good. Still got caught though.
Khabibs just looks sloppy because it’s so all over the place.

Sloppy yet Barboza landed only like 6 punches the entire fight against Khabib and got beat up on the feet. Khabib even ate the same standing spin kick that Lee did.

Both Khabib and Kevin Lee put on great performances in their respective fights and really going after either of them is rather petty. But it is a fair point that Khabib seemed to struggle with Barboza's standup less and yet the response seemed to be much more about how Khabib's next fight is totally gonna expose how he can't strike for shit.

What has getting hit and rocked got to do with your level of striking?
I can't see how anyone watching Lee and Khabib would think that Khabib is the better striker or that either of them are close to the level of Barboza. Khabibs striking still seems to be effective but he's never swapping to kickboxing and winning or doing a Conor and going boxing.
Khabib vs Barboza was hardly a stand up war either.
Overeem gets knocked out all the time, no one questions the level of his striking.

Overeem is a lion when attacking and an ostrich when defending. Overeem has alot of weapons but he is not a good striker.
