I've seen a lot of folks saying that his tests mean unintentional use. Any explanation to his suspicious T/E ratio before 182?

Jones is full natty bruh. Cocaine that was cut with chinese creatine that was mixed with turinabol.

His older brothers are 100% natural NFL players who would have guided him towards becoming a world class athlete without the use of artificial enhancement.

He's not the first or last fighter to have a wacky T/E ratio. He beat DC and passed the tests at the time. Deal with it.
 
Did something just happen or are you talking about something that happened post DC fight

  • Common sense dictates that Jones used a middle-man to purchase his PEDs, and bought the penis pill preemptively as an excuse in case he got caught, but never actually ingested the penis pill, otherwise the third banned substance would've shown up.
Jul 2016: Arthur Jones (brother of Jon), is suspended four games in the NFL for PED violation.

Apr 2017: Frank Mir receives a two year suspension as a first time offender for Oral Turinabol.

Aug 2017: During his FOX interview, Jones slips up and says that he defeated Cormier "off steroids". His silence afterwards says more than any words could.



Aug 2017: Jones tests positive for Oral Turinabol, the same substance teammate Frank Mir tested positive for back in March of 2016.

Present: Mir's precedent for receiving a two year suspension as a first time offender makes me believe that Jones will receive longer than two years given that he's a second time offender.

I think a wonky T/E ratio is still better than Chris Weidman having no detectable testosterone on one of his tests <45>

The 80% deviation of Jones' T/E ratio is why it's suspicious, but USADA was not in effect at that time; Weidman's test results are irrelevant and off-topic.

Daniel Cormier had similarly suspicious ratios IIRC. I think it's obvious that Jones was on steroids, but so are/were a lot of other fighters. :)

Yeah, and dc never failed one for using steroids. Can't say the same about Jon Jones.
