I checked out and the UFC Performance Institute cost 14 million $.

Then I looked at the cost of training facilities at other sports.

Turns out that a single European soccer club FC Bayern just built a new training facility for their youth team only that cost 70 million €. And that is for their youth team only, for teenagers and little children...
