I think being in that 225-245 range is the best weight for Heavys.

All these guys are under 250lbs


Don't be fooled by the huge 265lbs guy bc more times than not they either gas out, are too slow or are bullies like bob sapp/lesnar, once you hit them they fold.

No the 265lb guys that have the cardio of Cain and probable punching power of Ngannou are doing other sports which pay millions.

Truly world class 265lb juiced monsters are in the NFL and the like.
