Regardless, the UFC could sign him, then fight Bellator in court stating that the clause is unreasonable. A typical non-compete can only last 1-2 years.

You realize that the UFC is in love with 8-10 fight contracts.

Then going to court to try and break a bellator contract would probably do not harm to the UFC in the future.

well so far that not happened yet.

bellator stripped him in may of 2016 and he fought 4 times since then. so he must have no desire to talk to bellator about a returning
