If that was prime Carwin across the cage from Stipe last night throwing heat like that Stipe would've been out cold 3 different times in the first round no doubt about it.

Prime Carwin had the touch of death, he just had to tap you and you'd be out cold. Ngannou threw everything into his shots in the first round, hit Stipe clean and still couldn't finish him.

Most guys didn't even make it past the first 2 minutes of the first round with Carwin, where Ngannou been to a second round multiple times.

not even carwin....prime jds hit harder as well and he was faster/more accurate/more technical

that shot he landed on cain in their first fight was a fucking missile and it was loud as fuck right on the money behind the ear, thats scary shit to put cain out like that

not really. carwin was too slow. hence he got flogged against jds.
ngannou hits like a truck. just that stipe has the greatest chin.

Agreed about JDS as well. Also that uppercut he landed on Werdum may still be one of the nicest shots I've ever seen in mma.
