remined me kinda at canelo alvarez style of counterpunching. in that direction.
what i saw on stipe was fundamental grounded "boxing" philosophy. he was the "boxer puncher mix" like a canelo.

he outboxed ngannou with decent technical boxing.
it doesnt looked that "flashy", but very effective.

ngannou doesnt had any answer to that. after he got outboxed for a while, he just throw overhands and hooks into the empty....

Stipe did very good from the technical standpoint, that's fair.
Every single minute of the fight he was in danger, but he did all very good.
That was some matrix dodging in first round when Ngannou was rushing forward, and well timed takedowns and the ability to hold Ngannout down impressed me as well
 
to think some people were actually saying francis would go on to fight AJ

Ngannous's techniques were so poor. All he had was size advantage
