I live in Beantown but would rather watch from home, sip on me double IPA's, puff some sour diesel and not pay 15 bucks for a beer, be next to meatheads and have the ability to pause the fight to take a piss break. I will say, it is kind of shocking Boston got such a massive card, even if it will not sell well PPV wise.
