If you don't use it, you lose it. I don't believe any fighter is that good in BJJ, Karate, Boxing or whatever, if I don't see them using it to that level in the Octagon. It something they were good at 5 to 10 years ago, but that is a long time to be out of the game for one specific part of MMA.

For example, people say Aldo is a BJJ blackbelt, but when have we ever seen this in the last 5 years. LOL
