New? It's pretty obvious he's replying to Mir in regards to the comments Mir made and the disrespect in doing so, after the last Jones fight and failed piss test. Not to mention that Mir also pissed hot with Tball.

I don't consider this talking shit or taking a shot at DC when he was down.

I think Mir was simply trying to explain why DC was so hurt by the 2nd loss against Jones... though he may not have worded it the best.
