What do you think? It's one infamous thing about Conor. He was dominating Diaz until he started gassing. He was doing well against Floyd, until he started gassing. Do you think, however he trains, this stamina problem of him will never be solved?

No, he's just bad at training I guess

Coincidentally, the tests just came back from the genetic research lab and all experts agree that McGregor's DNA has a very limited capacity for building up stamina. Hope that helps you, TS.

We have this 62 year old lady at work that runs marathons. She isn't some genetic freak, but just dedicated.

Conor needs to run, run and run to improve his cardio. No freaking rowing or walking underwater or some other stuff which does not translate well to boxing/mma. He is too busy being experimental instead of being practical.

He's just a lazy fuck that doesn't like doing cardio. It's not rocket science.

Conor doesn't have uniquely bad stamina. He simply fails to pace himself, and in the Diaz fight he threw so many power shots that he gassed.

He gassed in the Mayweather fight because he's not experienced fighting for twelve rounds.

He simply loads up early, and it costs him if he cant get the quick ko. Throwing constant power shots can drain even the best conditioned figthers, which is why most fighters don't do it.

On a serious note...

I've heard his knee problems heavily restrict his ability to do roadwork.

By contrast, they say Floyd runs like 5 miles straight on top of his regular training daily.

Running long distance without any breaks is really the most simple way to improve your wind, imo.

No, never. He can't improve his chin either, another fragile spot. Nobody gets finished by a manlet who weighs 20lbs less than you who never finishes fights unless you got a glass jaw.

He needs to chose muscles or cardio and he chooses muscles...

I doubt it thats the case. He cuts alot of weight and carries around a lot of muscle. He prolly doesnt focus on the cardio enough tbh. That being said we've seen him go 5 rounds and look good before. Thing is he likes to be the one to dictate the pace when you force him to fight outside of his terms thats when we see him tend to gas hard as fuck. Seems to wilt mentally. Then again eating as many punches as he does in the fights where he clearly gassed doesnt help. His defense isnt exactly spectacular.

He's surrounded by a buncha yes men and likely isn't getting pushed in training the same way he would if he was training with a bunch of other top competition, that and he's a notorious douche to his sparring partners. Catch 22 tho how can you spar with the top talent when everyone from 145-170 has a target on your back.

Genetics play a huge role, you can only get so far with training. Cardio also has to do with fight style. He uses a lot of power when throwing so it takes more energy. Take genetics + fight style + muscle size + working out = cardio outcome. Diaz bros are not explosive so they use less energy.
