So that is 3 failed in four tests....not to mention the YaYo fail too.

USADA saves samples and can go back and retest with updated methods. They should test all previous samples with the updated screening that got him with this time. When you get flagged, you get tested more rigorously and there is no question he was juicing on designers back then too.
