Banned in sport, not necessarily illegal. WADA makes the list, not USADA, and while there are issues with it (like why the hell is 7-keto-DHEA considered an anabolic, or even on the list), most of what's on there, most of what people fail for, is there for a good reason.

It could be for something that arguably shouldn't be on the list, or there could be a reason for him to not be at fault for it though. But yes, it's something that's banned at all times, which would limit it to anabolics, peptides, hormones and growth factors, beta-2 agonists, hormone and metabolic modulators, or diuretics and masking agents. You could add in prohibited methods, like IVs, and non approved substances, like research chemicals.

It's not weed (a cannabinoid), or coke (stimulant), heroin (opiates), or nearly any other recreational drug.
