MMA was dying till 2013. Then this young talented beast entered UFC and made MMA worldwide phenomenon. Next month hes about to renew boxing aswell when he smacks Floyd through canvas. Goatgor.jpg

The savior of MMA? With his holding up divisions and leaving to go box?

>Implying you followed MMA pre 2013

Great fighter, getting more attention from non fans than anyone before him, not a savior.

Didn't the latest UFC on FOX just put up it's worst numbers ever???

Thank god for Conor.

I'm starting to hate this place.

Conor doesnt even fight in MMA anymore.

1. Clogged 2 divisions.

2. Still clogging probably the most competitive division in MMA.

3. Went on paternity leave

4. Boxing now for a payday and a retirement ticket

Savior? This guy is the George W. Bush of MMA.

Agreed. He brought new eyes to the UFC and has helped push it mainstream a bit further, especially in Europe.

You can't clog a division if the contenders aren't fighting either.

Tony's last fight: Nov 6 2016

Khabib's last fight: Nov 12 2016

Conor's last fight: Nov 12 2016

The narrative that Conor is holding up the division is complete shite.

Context my friend.

After Khabib pulled out, in a sane world, Ferguson vs McGregor would have been made (similar to the Woodley/Hendricks situation).

Now Tony is waiting for a healthy Khabib (oxymoron) but he tried to get Nate to fight him.

The only other fight that could make sense for Ferguson is Barboza and that's a very risky rematch.
