How Does Jones Get The Finish?

Im not saying I think Cormier wins, but why do so many think Jones finishes him? He hasn't had a finish in his last four fights. His last finish was over four years ago, and he never really came close to getting the finish the first time he fought Cormier. Why are you so confident he gets the finish after another long layoff, and how do you see him getting it?
