Do you think DC out of his prime? Or are LHWs better than HWs?

Or is DC just better fighting at HW?

DC has taken more damage in the last 6 fights (LHW), than he's ever taken in his whole career (HW).

The problem with DC is that he didn't improve anywhere, he's still a predictable wrestler boxer. Jones is too well rounded for him, has too many weapons.

DC fought the top tier @ LHW (Bones, Humble, Gus)

he never fought a top tier HW (which at the time was Cain, JDS, Reem and Fab), The best was past purime Barnett who broke his hand 30 seconds into the fight

We saw Humble struggling with Arlovski more than he did with any LHW fight outside DC. and if not for clock messup Andrei wins and Humble was basically humping his legs for 70% of that fight

He showed a great cardio in Gus fight despite the beating he took, and it was not that long ago. That might have been the best fight of his career.

I think he is struggling more to make 205 as he gets older.

DC fought a bunch of grapplers at HW. Monson, Bigfoot, Barnett, Mir, and Nelson. Every single one of them is primarily a grappler.
At LHW DC has only struggled with Jones, Rumble, and Gus. 2 of those fighters are strikers.

Styles make fights. Welcome to MMA.

He is just fighting the elite since he has been champ. Got to give it to him. Dude took Gus and Rumble's best and didn't quit. Not a fan but the guy has a heart of a champion.

DC is like an In-n-Out burger. Simple, but effective. Last match was a close one. A big factor was cardio. DC hopefully recognized that Jones used body shots to tire him out so he will prepare accordingly.

We have never seen Jones in a rematch against someone so that should be taken into account as well, because the surprise factor is gone, and DC knows what he is up against. It's up to Jones to prove himself in this fight, not DC, because he has been out for 2 years, and you are kidding yourself if you don't think that plays a huge factor in this fight.

Why do you think DCs camp could do more improvements after analysing 1st fight than Jons camp?

DC can't do any improvements because Jones is just better everywhere.
I think Jones is the one who will do the improvements, the only problem he had in that fight was that he used to duck his head when DC grabbed him. This is easy to fix. Jones is just too much for DC.

Yes, DC's prime is over. It started when Jones got stripped of his belt and ended when Jones was reinstated.

No doubt DC is out of his physical prime, he's said as much.

Hes out of his prime and has been for awhile imo. His prime was Strikeforce GP

DC is out of his prime. Prime athletic years are generally late 20s to early 30s for most people. Look at how many athletes retire in early to mid 30s. Cormier is 38.

If UFC LHW were better than HW then the LHW would fight at HW. Dieting and cutting weight sucks.
