BJ was still in his prime when he lost to Siver, Rodriguez, and when he got finished by Frankie Edgar.

Athletic decline is overstated and in skills based sports the athletes usually get better as they age. MMA is a young sport and quickly went past Fedor who was unable to adapt and improve with the game.

This is the truth.

I was shocked to see 2009 as your signup date, honestly. Expect this from a 2017er.

Explain that as his prime.

No way man. His prime was way before that. Plus you're not taking into account the fire he had previously is completely gone. He used to say stuff like "I only want to be known as the best. Is that too much to ask?". He had a spark before that he just hasn't had in years and in my opinion (since we're talking about opinions here) when that spark died he declined rapidly. Edgar basically took it all from him. Plus he just didn't evolve with the game whereas many others did.

Lol, well played TS

comparing him to Fedor, seriously. atleast BJ was showing up somewhat in shape for these fights.

Fedor looked like he just rolled out of bed in all those losses. He has shown up in better shape since, but now he really is so far past it that he can't pull it off.

back in strikeforce, i do believe he was still young enough to perform.. but he was showing up in pathetic shape.

I can't blame him. He won 30 fights in a row and knocked out two top 5 Hws in 3 minutes combined. I think he bought into his own hype a bit, being surrounded by this pose of yes men

You shouldn't be drinking this early in the morning brother. Or mixing your meds with alcohol.

Sherdoggers are really stupid people and I'm not talking about TS

I remember listening to this retard (TS) back when BJ and GSP fought the second time. I thought everyone moved on. BJ has been irrelevant for several years now, that's being generous, the fact he did or said something 5 or 10 years ago that hurt the TS delicate feelings doesn't change that.
