MMA is so young of a sport. I find it laughable that everyone is trying so hard to make fighters who are clearly not GOAT material into the 'GOAT'.

MMA has only two people who can be considered GOAT material, maybe 3. The GOAT cannot be someone who gets destroyed regularly in their prime.

1) Fedor- never lost in his prime 32-0, 10 years undefeated and was deadly everywhere, solid takedown defense, takedowns, submissions from the bottom, deadly ground and pound and arm locks, k.o. power, good defense, good chin, good cardio.

2) Jon Jones- 1 fluke loss via 'Disqualification' everyone else he has destroyed with the exception of winning a very close decision against Gustafsson and a semi close UD against Cormier.

3) Daniel Cormier- only loss is to Jon Jones by a UD in a pretty close fight. If he could say finish Jones in the rematch it would say a lot about him.
 
Prime Anderson is the greatest MMA striker of all time.

AS is a fighter who tested positive for roids, then blamed it on a thai dick pill, that had nothing whatsoever to do with his recovery.

That's a fact.

If you want to 'argue' that he''s the GOAT, feel free.

In no sport is a cheater considered the GOAT, MMA included. He lost all that when he pissed hot and buried himself with his cowardly response to the positive test.

This is a guy that called out Chael and then went and got caught himself. He's a hypocrite on top of everything. LOL at GOAT.
 
Goat or not, he's up there with his legendary career.

And he was never pushed by the hype machine unlike other fighters.

Naming DC a GOAT is crazy talk. Especially if you leave out GSP and Anderson. Any of Fedor, Jones, GSP and Anderson can be legit argued as GOAT.

And Aldo is pretty clearly #5.

After that it gets debatable, with guys like Mighty Mouse, Hughes, Hendo, Big Nog and others being in contention for the rest of the top 10.

In no way is DC arguable at this point as being above any of those people I mentioned. If he beats Jones and gets a few more title defenses, he'd have a case.

Fedor literally only had long term success in unsanctioned promotions that openly allowed steroid use

GSP hasn't even fought since USADA testing was implemented

Silva failed a drug test when he was out of his prime and coming off of a horrific injury. He performed like shit in that fight, it's not as if he looked like the Silva of old. He's been tested more than any other fighter and he took Bisping to a razor close decision and recently beat a top 10 fighter.

Fedor is getting fucking mashed by bloated LHWs and UFC dropouts like Mitrione.
