Cowboy Olivera vs Neil Magny:
Cowboy needs a step up and Neil doesn't have a fight. Colby & Usman would make for boring fights and Ponz deserves a better name like Cerrone/Lawler. Plus every other top ww has a fight booked.

Rivera vs Assuncao:
Not the most exciting matchup but Cody's hurt, TJ only wants ts, and Cruz wants winner. Rivera's going to have to take another fight in the meantime and this is the only one that makes sense.

Elkins vs Cub:
Looking down their records they've fought just about everyone but each other. Rather than see Yair get grinded out by Elkins, a matchup vs Swanson would be all action. Cub would try to control the open space and Elkins would try to close it.

Weidman vs Jacare:
I've always wanted to see this and considering Chris's record vs Brazilians it'd have some heat even though there's no title. Stylistically both guys like to mix their striking with grappling so it'd be competitive.

Don't get me wrong, I respect Branch, but that isn't a better win then Kelvin. Rockhold is coming off a KO loss and a long period of inactivity. He might have lost to Romero/Moose as well, had they fought - we don't know because he wasn't fighting.

Presumably some combination of Jacare/Romero/Weidman/Rockhold will happen next, mostly based upon who isn't injured and willing to book a date.

I would be fine with:

Jacare x Weidman
Rockhold x Romero
