Looking at the fundamentals the kid has a bit to go. He moves quickly but his stance is a little wide and I didn't see much in the way of head movement. Kept his hands nice and high though and turns his hips into the hooks.
As for Rousey, she manages to throw an uppercut/hook hybrid a la Tyson, but somehow rotates her hips at the complete wrong time and direction as well as her straight punches coming from the shoulder. Has a long way to go.

Serious? Well, the kid leave his chin wide open and up in the air. Boy is looking to get clipped. His balance is garbage too. Oh, that's right he's three or four years old, so I'll give him a pass.
