Don't the new rules prohibit having your fingers extended towards the opponent's eyes?

Nope any time your hand is moving towards your opponent it needs to be closed, as per Big John at the rules meeting before my fight.

I don't think the new rules are acknowledged by every commission yet especially overseas. They don't even have them in New York yet.

Of course not, they will only use that rule to purposely target certain fighters. While letting 99% of all other fighters who also long histories of poking people get away with it.

Why can't they implement all of the new rules everywhere, at the same time? They have everyone confused right now.
