I get what you are saying. I think people are ignoring it b/c you can't go back and change anything. You have him touching the towel but you have no proof of how much weight (if any) that it took off the scale.

It's one of those things that everyone knows he cheated but you can't really go back b/c they didn't have the rule in place at the time.
