Kevin Lee vs Michael Chiesa was a brawl, Cyborg hitting Magana is a reminder to Dana what pro fighters can do to him for badmouthing them.

One was an assault, the other wasn't. Doesn't take a genius to figure
 
he can make money off one of them(plus Chiesa and Lee are getting in shit from the commision).... the other is nothing but stress they dont need
 
I think he's basically saying that since someone called the cops and is pressing charges, they're going to have to let the process work itself out. Otherwise he wouldn't give a shit.

Because Chiesa came running at him screaming and in the other instance there was no indication Magana would physically attack Cyborg as far as the videos shown so far
