Just embarrassing. Can you imagine sitting for long stretches in seminars like some HS freshmen? Not getting paid while listening to some drunk budweiser rep tell you to stop bashing shitty ass reebok and be like Connor? All the while this guy doesn't even pay or sponsor anyone. And then when someone has the audacity to speak out hes whisked away like its 1980s Saddam Iraq? Or how about listening to a guy like Kobe, whos not even a fighter and probably received a payout more then all the fighters show money combined, blather on and on about the kobe system or whatever crap hes advocating now? Complete clown show

This is beyond a circus now.

It's downright dystopian.

That was just some strategy to tell the fighter "everything is OOOKKK" while giving them free booze and food. Very few were vocal about the reebok deal and those who said it were escorted out.

If the roster drank that UFC Kool-aid they are very naive. (except for Iaquinta.)

Lots of the fighter who were, you know, there seemed appreciative of it.

Blah blah blah, I'm a Sherdogger, so I think I know everything blah blah blah.

That's basically what I got from the OP. "OH no, they got to fly to Vegas, for free, and stay at a resort, for free, and they had to sit through some seminars that would teach them how to market themselves better. How terrible. Someone call OSHA and the Department of Labor.

Have the fighters been complaining on twitter or something?

I don't have an account

The micro-government that is the UFC is like 33% of why i follow this sport.

its the TUF house, just in a different location about 12 miles across town. Invented for drama on purpose by UFC, purposely filled with alcohol and secret cameras.

And then the UFC "forgot" to add Cyborgs face to the welcome brochure... "oops" and so she started some shit. UFC almost got something right but instead they exluded Cyborg because she didn't challenge death to make weight for her next anicipated title fight. The picture is such a huge error that it must have been deliberate.

I demand that the moderators ban this threadstarter for heresy.
The summit was a great success, and the fighters have all written thank you cards to Ari Gold and Reebok

I would cunnilinge this woman for the opportunity of having this discount for my next Reebok purchasing spree.

it's also basically rubbing their face in all the money the UFC spends, and doesn't give to the fighters. Also think about who is realistically going to get to go to this retreat to rehab injuries? probably only the top 20-30% of the roster, so this is just another slap in the face to the majority of fighters. Kinda like how they paid for Cody No Dad to take a european vacation and get stem cell treat treatment. Paid his way and paid for the treatment.. where as Leslie Smith had to crowdfund to get a tumor removed because she can't afford insurance on UFC pay.

At this point I'm fine with fighters being taken advantage of by promotions.
Fighters are being played, with a simple retreat and a snoop concert, and it's their own fault.
