How the hell does he do it? I don't get it. I saw people doing them while running, not from a stationary position, where does that momentum come from? <23>

It's a high level maneuver, moreso when he keeps spinning in the air until critical mass is achieved.
 
If I didn't know better, I would SWEAR that was CGI and he was attached to a wire.

I've heard people explain how it's possible... but it sure doesn't look possible.
