Tito is a HUGE LHW....walks around at 245...

Pure wrestling advantage goes to Cormier but other than that, Ortiz had the edge everywhere else...

Stand Up: Ortiz outboxed former golden gloves boxer "Sugar" Stefan Bonner

Cardio: Ortiz trains up in Big Bear and never gassed in a fight(other then when he was green fighting Frank Shamrock)

Chin/Heart: Ortiz gets the edge here, he took power shots off the dome from a prime Patrick Cote and did not even flinch

BJJ: Ortiz was able to sit in the guard of BJJ legend Elivis "Rock and Rumble" Sinosic and was not even close to being submitted.

People like to laugh at Tito these days because he can't put a coherent sentence together and has difficulty pronouncing big words....but in his day, he is would have manhandled Cormier

Best case scenario is a split decision loss for Tito.

"Sugar" Stefan Bonner?
Why did this thread happen?

Better question is Tito Ortiz vs Kevin Randleman back in the day.
The Monster would have suplexed Ortiz on his big head

Kevin never realized his full potential and had a lot of outside issues but he showed flashes of elite greatness. Hespect

Stefan Bonner was a former Chicago Golden Gloves winner....look it up
Stephan Bonnar* who got outboxed by Forrest in the rematch.

Tito was usually in over his head against better wrestlers. DC would be the best he'd have faced... although Randy was really sharp. Tito has less than a puncher's chance, and would have to pull off a submission that he probably wouldn't attempt until the final round.

Styles make fights....You could say Weidman outboxed Anderson but an off the couch Anderson was landing on Cormier

DC pounds Tito out. And I like Tito.
