I just noticed Jon Jones voice sounds like Vincent Price voice



For those that don't know Vincent Price was the guy who does the creepy rap at the end of Michael Jackson's Thriller

He was also a famous actor in the 60s and 70s, and was in Hammer Horror films.

He says "literally" too much.

He's not alone. This word has replaced "like" as the fill in word for this generation.

They have similar origins though. "Like" comes from an inability to be direct.

"I didn't enjoy that" v "I, like, didn't enjoy that"

There is a non-committal to that language.

"Literally" seems like the counter to that. It seems to arise because dialogue has become so sarcastic over the years and non-committal that now people, subconsciously, are differentiating from sarcasm and "like" by saying "literally".

Both words are useless verbal fat. Ban them.
