Cormier will beat Rumble standing very easily this time around

Cormier didn't come prepared to strike in the first fight and he proved much more that he is a better striker in his fights with prime bigfoot, frank mir, Roy nelson and josh barnett where he outstruck with ease all of them. Rumble only has a puncher chance here because he hits very hard.

DC thinks his chin is going to hold up

Cormier will get injured during fight week or rumble will miss weight.

None of these cards ever hold together.

DC seems to have fallen in love with laying on top of people lately. If he beats Rumble, it will be by laying on top, scoring points while time runs out.

Daniels 38. His grappling will hold up but th reflexes always slow. You have it until, you don't. He better get rumble down.

The problem with your assessment is that Rumble is much faster than all those 250+lb lumbering heavyweights you just mentioned. I'm not saying DC isn't competent standing, because he is. But comparing Barnett and Bigfoot to Rumble is silly. There really is no comparison.

DC did so well at heavyweight becasue he was faster than everybody. At 205, he's more evenly matched in the speed department.

Also...then DC Moves moves to HW and gets an immediate title shot wins that defends it once then retires and then Cain vs TBD fight for the title.

Fuck No , Cormier doesn't want anything to do with Rumble's striking and Range.

Cormier said that Rumble hits the hardest he's ever been hit. He's going to avoid standing at all costs.
