When you consider his record In It's entirety, everyone who he's fought and beaten..It's pretty Impressive, beyond his top 10 wins.

He beat alot of guys in 11-15 and 15-20 range. He has one of the best records at 185.

I think some of his wins are a lot more Impressive looking back though. Which is beyond what those opponents were ranked at the time. Hindsight Is 20/20
