hands down, sloppy kicks, you have to wonder if Conor would KO him in less time than the first fight had he stayed down at 145

OP has never trained a day of his life...Doesn't know shit about striking, but yet pretends.

The most he knows is "Keep your hands up" but the idiot thinks it applies to punching bags lol.

Punching bags, doesn't require having your hands up.

Look at floyd...He is going really light and not keeping his hands up at all...he is super slow.

According to OP, Floyd is sloppy.

has floyd been KO'd in 13 seconds before? floyd's defense also does not revolve around glove deflection

The point is...that it's a punching bag...Which is made to be punched..You don't have to keep your fucking hands up, like you suggest. He is not training to keep his hands up when he is using a punching bag.

Look at floyd, he is doing a bunch of weird ass punching, without ever keeping his hands up.

So STFU, you obviously don't know shit, but just posted this to look as if you're an expert.

aldo keeps his left hand up good when throwing his kick tho, considering its a bag its not even close to being as bad as you made it out to be, really jjust exposing yourself as someone who has never spent a day in a gym doing any MT or kickboxing

if you cannot see the difference between what floyd is doing and what aldo is doing i can't help you and you clearly have never trained

someone who has been KO'd in 13 seconds due to bad defensive form should not be training so sloppily, any trainer will tell you that, but you probably "train" at a UFC gym and they just tell you to hit the bag and walk away.

The focus on the bag is different. Training is like a puzzle..all the different elements add up to your complete fighting style.

Looks like he's just doing rounds on the bag for cardio and conditioning. You can tell he's tired by his hands being lower and his breathing being quite heavy. Completely normal for being in the gym.

Really bro, really?

Are you pretending to be blind?

Don't worry ill make a gif of floyd's horrible handdown technique when punching bags.

Riiiiight so one of the arguably the most lethal kickers in the sport , ever, and you think hes sloppy?..
Maybe hes sloppy cos hes probably done a couple of hundred of them before the the vid was taken.
I challenge you to even take one of his kicks...

You know you made a bad thread when Leroy Jenkins takes you to school

BAd defensive form lmao he lunged In with a punch there was no defense involved at all. Also, by your standards Conor has bad defensive form to because he got CLocked because Aldo as well

Aldo is young in age but he is like a gtr with 200k miles on it.....He will never be the killer of WEC , getting olderx slower and weaker is not an option...only a matter of time. He still got miles for a few fights more , i just hope he doesnt take the Chuck/Shogun/Bj route..

Yep, this is why Floyd gets destroyed.

Literally the worst boxer ever...OP, if only you could save floyd from his horrible punching bag techniques.

floyd is obviously doing a show for media not training like aldo lmao. "it's a heavy bag nobody uses good form on a heavy bag herpa derpa"

He's just doing drills on a bag. Not exactly the time for perfect finesse/defensive technique
