That's a rather impressive list of "names" Bisping will have beaten in a 18 month time period.

dan was 46 and way past his prime, silva was over 40 and past his prime, and gsp is coming back from years off, will be at a size disadvantage, and has had multiple major surgeries (physical prime was around 2009).

Its more about when you beat someone vs who you beat imo.

Anderson didn't pull the trigger, Rockhold went in too cocky, Hendo was too old, GSP will be too rusty.

There are no asterisks in the record books.

Bisping is indeed the man. Would probably upset Jones too.

Glad he beat GSP, now he can finally face Yoel Romero.

Dan Henderson pretty much killed bisping...Henderson deserved to win.

he got knocked out in the Anderson fight...

This is the truth of it. Despite Dan's age Bisping still got the piss beat out of him and barely won (same for Anderson Silva).

It is. GSP & Anderson wins would be remembered most, while the only elite win is Rockhold.

They may be old but Bisping is no spring chicken either, if anybody should be shot to bits & past his peak it's Bisping who's had a long, hard career. On top of that old Silva, Hendo, GSP are still better than 75% of the roster... they will be all solid wins in which he even has a prime Rockhold on his recent names which fluke or not is a phenomenal win. Middleweight is deep but look at the facts... Weidman got smashed... Jacare got set back by a decision... who'm both lost to Yoel who'm got exposed for injecting horse semen into his backside to gain unfair advantage so understandably why would Bisping want to give him a shot after most of his losses came from cheats? I actually think he would have fought Romero if GSP didn't return... he wouldn't have had a choice fight #1 contender or be stripped but obviously if GSP comes up it's no brainer, you don't reject that for somebody more dangerous & less reputable. Then we go to the other contenders... Rockhold injured pulling out of fights, Moose got set back by Hall, Vitor's been getting smashed loads lately.
