If you watch the Mendes fight there were more Irish then Americans in the building and the fight was in America halfway across the world from Ireland, with McGregor fighting a American fighter. Same thing with the Aldo fight. That is crazy, insane loyalty.

When he lost to Nate, McGregor's fans stuck by him doubtlessly saying he'd be back, proving how incredibly loyal hid fans are. Also remember that when Dana went to Ireland before Conor was famous it was his amazing hard-core fans that convinced Dana to sign him to the UFC.

Has any fighter ever had the type of loyal support Condo McGregor garnishes with his personality? He draws incredible crowds and amazing loyalty. Inspiring dude.

I'm not sure if they are loyal or delusional

got any numbers that back up your claim? or just tales from your ass?

See if he still has fans (or even keeps fighting) after a few losses
It is easy to be a fan while everything is great and you're on top.

Fans have stuck by shogun, sakuraba, Phil Baroni, Wandy, CroCop etc, thru tough spots/Losin streaks that lasted years- Mark Hunt is another example, there are plenty more.

To me that is a bigger sign of loyalty. Conor lost one nontitle fight outside of his weightclass on short notice, it was easy to forgive even though the haters jumped on it full force.

Ali hasn't fought in 30 years but is still talked about daily and considered the greatest, Bruce Lee never formally competed and is still frequently praised.

It all depends on how you measure loyalty. If you are talking about putting asses in the seats them he is doing well, very well.

Pretty sure most are gay for the prick. Their defense of his antics is weird.

Cain has the most loyal fans. Or pretty loyal at least.

If by loyal you mean delusional sure.

Conor has the most fans.

BJ Penn has the most loyal fans, and it's been made pretty clear over the years. He's finally done (I hope), but over the past decade, his fanbase has been insanely loyal.

lol when he lost to Nate his fans left sherdog for a week

The most rabid McGregor fans are weak clowns in love with a "swaggerjacked" image. Insecure punks who need to relate to a winner by backing him.

I think we'll find out if and when he gets destroyed by Khabib and can't make excuses

The only way to transcend the limits of life is with pure devotion, it doesn't matter if its delusional.

It's stands to reason that the best fighter would have the best fans.

He hasn't been long enough to tell. Fedor and BJ have the most loyal and delusional fans on here at least. Wait until Conor makes the same mistakes and stays around beating after beating and see if his fans still believe he can win every fight still.
