Honestly,and not even kidding one bit,Cyborg would beat him up,and at the same weight it'd be worse for him.

Open weight though may give him some hope as he cuts from around 200 lbs while Cyborg is in the 170 lbs range.
Skill,power and some fighting heart for Cyborg which CM lacks.
 
Cyborg could take on a ring full of CM Punks and destroy them all without breaking a sweat.
 
Punk outweighs her by 30+ pounds, and he's a guy, so I would choose Punk.
 
CM has only lost once.
Hard to vote against the GOAT
 
I have faith that RIZIN will eventually set up a fight between Gabi Garcia and a 40-year-old Japanese comedian.
 
Only chance Punk has is if he makes up with Triple HHH and Vinny Mac. Then this is what can happen: Vince smacks Cyborg with a chair from behind, then Trips hits her with the pedigree and then lastly and this is the hardest part of my scenario - Punk is able put a submission hold on Cyborg. Reason this is the hardest is that I am not sure he knows any subs.

To be fair, Punk showed a lot of heart in his first pro fight.
With that being said, I would say Cyborg.
