Masvidal has a much better jab.
Masvidal has much better defence.
Masvidal has better head movement.
Masvidal has better footwork.
Masvidal doesn't need a big reach advantage to 'outbox' his opponent like Conor does.
Masvidal is quicker in his combinations.

The only thing you could say that Conor is better in is countering with his rear hand, which he's elite at.

And this is without mentioning Masvidals much better kicking, ground and wrestling game. He would chew Conor up. One of the worst matchups for Conor if you take in consideration Masvidal has a great heart and chin too.
