BloodyElbow article basically says that USADA policy for ufc is less strict than for other sports.
My personal opinion is that UFC paid for this change of policy. You basically wait if you are caught for something, then apply a TUE retroactively and get off the hook. USADA is protecting UFC's cash cows now
