Some of the best fighters are predictable, but their technique is so good that you knowing what's coming doesn't matter most of the time.

Johnny Hendricks - overhand left
GSP - jab, superman punch, power double, posture up and reign down
Demian Maia - shoot into opponent's midsection or ankles, then moving under the opponent's armpit to get behind them for RNC.
Jon Jones - elbow uppercuts and rear elbow hooks up close

Those are some things you can almost always expect to see.

Of course, there is always Ronda/Rickson by armbar...
