I noticed that UFC fighters love posting videos of themselves hitting pads, and sometimes they even look good. However, what is the point of this when most UFC fighters never throw those combinations in their fighters.
UFC boxing is essentially off balance looping punches that seldom hit the target. So, what is the point of a fighter hitting pads for 5 rounds per day, if they are most likely not going to be able to apply it in a real fight?
Wouldn't it be better to actually learn how to effectively throw looping punches, since that is what you are most likely to do in a fight?
