The UFC would have to disclose their actual PPV numbers and revenues to fighters/fighters agents for use in negotiating and possibly made available to the public, an independent 3rd party would establish a legitimate ranking system which whould be adhered to, and fighters would be able to control who they fight for and not be locked down in an unfair contract.
So, in essence, an absolute nightmare for the UFC, and probably a significant move towards parity for Bellator/OneFC/WSOF.
I don't think the inclusion of UFC fighters under the Ali Act will create any more stonewalling or avoidance of champs defending than there already is.
