UFC 209 Card - any news?

Anymore fights in the works for 209 that anyone knows of yet?

Seems like they are still missing 6 or so fights compared to a normal fight card.

Has more fights announced then the Halifax show a month earlier. With the new ownership they seem to wait a whole lot longer to fill out these cards.
