People love to say Chuck Liddell is a much better wrestler than Tito. Funny thing is none of you have ever seen Chuck take Tito down. However, people have seen Tito take Chuck down. The only guy Tito really got schooled is Randy and he does that to everyone.

He is a great wrestler, he outwrestled Rashad. He has great wrestling and actually underrated hands, he dropped Bader and Forrest several times. All his UFC losses were at least competitive.

Tito is really good at subs... Almost put Rashad and Machida to sleep, tapped Bader and Shlemenko!

Tito is still a great fighter, only lost to the best!

He was competitive against Lil Nog?

Tito make my day tapping that big mouth sonnen.

yeah, great grappler,4 wins in 11 years is some record.

Tito was obviously booked to lose for along time by the UFC after the fued with them. I'd say he's a good wrestler but not amoung the elite in MMA yet does have a sound submission game.

The #1 thing though must be to highly just how rubbish Chael is off of his back.

I think he has underrated subs if anything. No one denies Tito's wrestling

Chael gets subbed and everyone is talking about how good titos wrestling is? He went for a bad guillotine and lost position.

Who are these, "people that love to say Chuck is a better wrestler?" Show us ONE example of anyone saying Chuck is a better wrestler or delete your account.

The guillotine was all he could have done, Tito had his right leg and was going to toss him down and end up on top regardless. If anything that guillotine actually presented a couple of opportunities for Chael to escape or reverse.

Generally speaking Tito is Never going to get full credit for anything on sherdog. This is a fan site and when you aren't liked, you don't get that benefit of honest props on your career

Long before Ronda was the most hated here...Tito was the original "he was never good" etc.

Question..who was most hated ever....Tito or Ronda?

Tito was a very good fighter who probably kept the UFC afloat during its darkest time. But that was a long time ago. There aren't many people around - especially on Sherdog - who were following MMA then and appreciate that side of Tito. All they have to judge him by is the washed up douche he became later.
