Who else?

Yuji Nagata.
He had only two fights, CC and Fedor.

Edit: Didn't see the UFC thing... sorry.

The list will be longer once you add "since USADA came in". Kennedy and - so far - Silva are on that list. Not sure if Hendricks will have a post-USADA win when he retires.

Colton Smith technically has a UFC win since he beat Ricci at the end of that horrendous TUF season, but post TUF, went 0-3 in the UFC then got cut.

Nick diaz. Oh wait. Sorry he has maybe like 3 wins or something.

Seth "The Silverback" Petruzelli. He's 0-4 in the UFC.

Yoji "Mr. 200%" Anjo

Schaub would be proud.

Lost to Lindland, Bustamante and David Abbott in UFC. Never won a fight outside either.

Who else?

Separate note, I can't believe there are people stupid enough to use the argument that an athletic commission wouldn't sanction a Mayweather-McGregor boxing fight.

The baddest man on the planet who TKO'ed Kimbo?
Not. A. Chance.

Hard to fathom because he was a decent fighter.

Lost at UFC 116
Lost at UFC 122
Lost at UFC Fight Night: Stevenson vs. Guillard, but won Fight of the Night
Lost at UFC Fight Night 6.5, but also won Fight of the Night
